These committee meetings determine applications for planning permission. There are two sites in Goff’s Oak which are presently under review and a big concern for Goff’s Oak. The first site proposed for opposite Masons Parade and the second site off Cuffley Hill. For further details available nearer the date, check out the website https://www.broxbourne.gov.uk/your-council/council-meetings/committee-meetings-with-your-councillors/cabinet. Note both sites have put in for more than double number of houses that was initially outlined in the proposed Borough of Broxbourne’s Local Plan. If the planning permission is passed that would be over 100 houses on our Green Belt Land, that surrounds Goffs Oak. This would be in addition to the other plans including IN-ex site, Gap Valley site, Manning site, Tutor Nurseries site plus many more smaller applications

I f you would like to have your say, we would like to urge you to write into your councillors and MP regarding your concerns. See below for details.
