The Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE) Herts have submitted a letter objecting to the proposed 26 dwellings and parking for 66 cars on a site on St James Road.  CPRE Herts are urging the Council to reject as inappropriate development in the Green Belt.  This is the third application for Brookwall Nursery as both previously refused.   See link for details as described by CPRE Herts in their letter to Broxbourne Borough Council.  Brookwall Nursery and Woodham Nursery, St James Road, Goffs Oak – CPREHerts 2019-05-01

Herts Constabulary has also expressed concerns re safety, because of the design of the proposed car parking and footpaths.   It is also worth noting, as illustrated in the featured image, that this proposed development is not identified on the map for development and therefore is in addition to the planned sites in the drafted Local Plan.

You can still have your say, consultation closes on the 9th May 2019.  It is not too late to submit your comments, wheather to support or object.  Go to the planning application search on Broxbourne website, see below for details.
