Broxbourne Council has released details of 2 planning applications on the In-Ex site. Both with a remit supporting Senior Living in the area. The first application is with full details reference number 07/19/0154/F for the ERECTION OF 21 NO. SHELTERED APARTMENTS (15 NO. 2 BED AND 6 NO. 1 BED) WITH AMENITY SPACE AND CAR PARKING (17 SPACES), ELECTRIC CAR POINTS, SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE, REFUSE AND RECYCLING, LANDSCAPING AND CYCLE STORAGE (SITE C). The consultation period finishes on the 14th March 2019.
The second application is an outline and a much larger proposal. The reference number 07/19/0160/O. There is no closing date for the consultation. It is worth noting that if approved by the Council, the application is part of the Emerging Local Plan and as on Green Belt Land will therefore have to meet a certain criteria.
