Attendance by well over 100 local people.  Kevin Fitzgerald from the Campaign of the Protection of Rural England gave a great talk, followed by a lively discussion with key persons from Broxbourne Council present.  Councillors Lesley Greensmyth, Yvonne Mobb, Peter Moule, Jeremy Pearce, and Martin Greensmyth all in attendance, along with representation from our Community Library, G. O. Hubb, Comrades Club, Northaw and Cuffley Residence Association, Cheshunt Common Trust and Valley View Patient Participation Group.

The newly elected Committee has committed to keep the members up to date utilising social media wherever possible and as said on the night, will populate the website with local planning applications.  We urge everyone to respond and send their comments to Broxbourne Council so will be taken into consideration.  We also like to encourage the members of the association to send in any local information to us and join out discussions on Twitter.

Thank you everyone for making the effort and joining us, we hope you enjoyed the evening and we look forward to seeing you around Goffs Oak.
